[Live Report] The Bliss, Dope Flood, Lizardia @ Larissa, 24/03/2012

It's great to see efforts like this small fest taking place in smaller cities here in Greece. The whole - allow me to say - "downtuned" scene is continuously increasing, offering us excellent pieces of really good music.

24 March: The Bliss, Dope Flood, Lizardia Live In Larissa

Stoner Festival Vol. II in Larissa:

Withing 10 years of music wanderings, The Bliss recorded every moment and experience through their songs and music. As a result came "Gabbatha", a mixture of psychedelic, stoner and traditional rhythms and is something you have to listen. From 2002 and their "Bodycode" to 2011's "Gabbatha", The Bliss will be back on stage at Stoner Festival Vol. II, 2 years after their last time in Larissa, in order to create a unique atmosphere. Co-travelers will be Dope Flood, one of the most emerging bands in the city and heavy neighbors Lizardia from Volos, who are going to present their music in a festival that aims to be a journey of great music.

At last, the time has come to talk about Dope Flood. Although I'm aware of their debut EP by the time it was released and caught them live once, I neglected to post about it. Don't ask me why... I don't know.
