Six Steps Above the Earth have recently uploaded in their official bandcamp page a single 46minute track with the title "Μemories emerge from the cracks like blooming flowers" which is actually the first part of their Drone Sessions. It's not some new 'release', after all, they are still in the process of creating their 6th step, which will probably be delayed with all the covid-19 plague that's going on right now.
As the band states 'The Drone Sessions' is a series of live and studio trips that are expressed mainly via improvisation and through the simplicity that the heavy and always minimal 'sound of noise' can provide.
If you are already familiar with the works of the band then you may suspect what you're going to hear. If not, be prepared for a minimal 46 minute noise trip, lower the lights, turn up the volume and concentrate on the chaos.
